Working Principle:

When the roller sand making machine is in operation, it is operated by two motors, which drag the rollers through the reducer and coupling, and the two rollers rotate according to the relative direction of movement. When crushing the material, the material passes through the rollers from the feed port and is crushed by crushing, and the crushed finished product is discharged from the bottom frame. The sand making machine is equipped with a gasket adjustment device between the two rollers, the hydraulic adjustment device is hydraulically assisted to increase or decrease the number of gaskets or thickness to adjust the size of the particle size, When the gasket is increased, the gap between the two roller wheels becomes larger, and when the gasket is reduced, the gapbetween the two rollers becomes smaller, and the discharge particle size becomes smaller. The matching hydraulic device can accurately control the pressure between the two rollers and maintain a stable crushing pressure between the two rollers during continuous operation.
