Serpentinite Crushing Screening Project in Russia Officially Launched

Feb.27th, 2013, a new serpentinite crushing and screening production line was put into use in Urupsk of Karachayevo-Cherkesskaya Respublika. This production line was purchased and installed by ZAO. All the crushing and screening equipments were manufactured and exported by Shanghai Sanme Mining Machinery Co., Ltd except the belt conveyor. The leader of Karachayevo-Cherkesskaya Respublika, Rashid Temrezov, councilor of Republic Council Alexandr Ivanov, representative of District Council, General Manager of ZAO(Rustona) Vadim Krainov, investor from China and the representative of legislative institution of Urupsk were present at the boot ceremony.

The leader of Karachayevo-Cherkesskaya Respublika, Rashid Temrezov said, the significant development of the Republic can not develop well without the establishment of the new production project. As the district leader pointed that every new enterprise and new production project can not only improve the employment rate of the republic people, but also increase the financial revenue and give solutions to a series of social problems.

“I am very happy that such kind of enterprise with more than 100 people can be established in the comparatively remote area of Urupsk. This rare but high value serpentinite crushing and screening production project launched by ZAO creates a possibility of new directions for economy development.” The leader of Karachayevo-Cherkesskaya Respublika, Rashid Temrezov stressed like this.

General Manager of ZAO (Rustona) Vadim Krainov said that this crushing and screening production line adopted the latest crushing and screening technology.

“The launching of this production line is just the first step of the investment of ZAO. In the following days, we plans to build a cement production line with annual production more than one billion tons, workers more than five hundred. ”says Vadim Krainov.

In the Urupsk district be far way from the capital of Karachayevo-Cherkesskaya Respublika, there are rich mineral resources, the most famous is the serpentinite producing area which exceeds 9 km², total reserves exceed 16 trillion tons.

For the rich reserves of the serpentinite and the treaty with the local government, ZAO company finished the construction work of the crushing and screening production line. This production line totally produces first-level finished material with 5 different particle size.(the hardness of the raw material is 120Mpa)

The annual output of this production line is 750 thousand tons, the number of the workers is 70, it will increase to 120. This is the second largest production line after the combination of mineral industry and the enterprise.
