Recently, Shanghai SANME Group actively responded to the Shanghai Municipal Government's "80,000 Certified Emergency Responders by 2026" project, organizing its employees to participate in the second phase of emergency rescue training conducted by the Qingcun Town Red Cross Society. This was not only a skills training session but also marked a solid step forward for SANME Group in building a safety production guarantee system.

Safe production is the lifeline of enterprise development, and on-site rescue capabilities in emergencies are the most critical link in this lifeline. This training focused on practicality, directly addressing the core pain points of emergency rescue: from precise compressions in adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to the "golden four minutes" operation of automated external defibrillators (AEDs); from the Heimlich maneuver for airway obstruction to rapid wound hemostasis and bandaging techniques. Senior Red Cross instructors used a combination of theoretical analysis and step-by-step demonstrations to transform complex medical knowledge into practical skills that employees could understand, learn, and apply. This ensured that each trainee could respond effectively to emergencies, moving from helplessness to competence.
"What is learned from books is ultimately superficial; true understanding comes from practice." After completing the systematic theoretical learning, all trainees underwent rigorous practical assessments. To date, Shanghai SANME has over 20 employees holding emergency first aid certificates. These 20 "certified first aiders" are not only individuals with first aid skills but also "safety sentinels" deployed across the production line. They will act as the spark of the company's emergency response, stepping forward in critical moments to buy precious time for their colleagues' lives.
