Ertical Shaft Impact Crusher - Large Feed·High Efficiency·Low Loss, Forging High-Quality Aggregates
The VC788M Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a flagship product developed by Shanghai Shanmei Co., Ltd. to meet the demands of large-scale, high-quality sand and gravel aggregate production. In the East Hope Phase III Project, it has won high recognition from customers with three core advantages:
Traditional sand making machines have strict requirements on the feed particle size (usually ≤60mm), requiring pre-fine crushing and screening stages. However, the VC788M can accept a maximum feed particle size of 80mm, directly handling the discharge from medium and fine crushing. This "large feed" feature enables it to successfully replace the complex equipment combination of "three-stage crushing + shaping" in low-abrasion limestone processes, realizing multi-functional operation with one machine. It not only simplifies the process flow but also reduces civil engineering investment and equipment maintenance costs.
Oil-lubricated rotor technology: Compared with traditional grease lubrication, oil lubrication offers better sealing and faster heat dissipation, ensuring the rotor operates at high speed stably and significantly reducing friction loss;
Special cutter head structure and circular impeller cavity: Optimize the material flow field, reduce eddy current wear, and double the service life of wear parts;
Practical benefits: The monthly savings in spare parts costs and downtime create tangible value for customers.
For commercial concrete, the particle shape and gradation of aggregates directly affect the workability and final strength of concrete. Materials gain enormous kinetic energy in the high-speed rotating rotor and collide with each other. The crushed aggregates present a perfect cubic shape with extremely low content of needle-like and flaky particles, moderate surface roughness, continuous gradation, and adjustable fineness modulus. This high-quality aggregate has stronger bonding force with cement paste, fully meeting the strict requirements of high-grade concrete for manufactured sand.
