This project represents the second phase, marking a further deepening of cooperation following the successful implementation of the first-phase "Demonstration Project for Comprehensive Utilization of 4 Million Tons of Iron Tailings Annually." Project Name: Hainan Integrated Recycling Project for 6 Million Tons of Tailings Annually; Processing Material: 280# Iron Tailings; Project Capacity: 1,500 t/h (accounting for different raw materials and operating conditions); Feed Particle Size: 0-1000mm; Recycled Products: Iron Concentrate Products: 53-degree iron concentrate can be directly used as raw material for steel smelting; ≥60-degree iron concentrate powder meets high-quality iron concentrate powder standards, serving as premium metallurgical raw material. Construction Aggregate Products: 5-10mm crushed stone complies with the GB/T14685-2022 Class II standard for pebbles and crushed stone used in construction, suitable for concrete preparation; 10-20mm crushed stone has reasonable gradation and excellent particle shape, meeting high-standard construction aggregate requirements; 20-30mm crushed stone features uniform size and low crushing value, applicable for foundation engineering projects; 0-3mm and 0-5mm high-quality manufactured sand have a fineness modulus of 2.8, meeting or exceeding the GB/T14684-2022 Class II sand standard for construction sand. It boasts rounded particle shapes and controllable powder content, serving as a complete substitute for natural sand. Intermediate Product: 34-degree middlings can be used as a raw material mix for cement plants or for further deep processing.
