Features and advantages of VC7 series vertical shaft impact crusher

Circular impeller cavity type: deep cavity structure allows higher throughput; special cutter head structure improves alloy utilization and extends maintenance cycle.
ROR and ROA interchange: stone-on-stone cavity has low cost of consumable parts, good and uniform particle shape of the output material, suitable for all types of stone, especially highly abrasive materials; stone-on-iron cavity has a large crushing ratio and high sand formation rate, suitable for medium abrasive materials. Special crushing cavity structure can better realize the rapid interchange of "stone-on-stone cavity-ROR" and "stone-on-iron cavity-ROA".

Thin oil lubricated rotor: Compared with traditional grease lubricated rotor, the speed range is larger, which can better meet the crushing needs of various materials with different characteristics; the sealing structure is reliable, and there is no need to replace consumable parts such as oil seals, which is truly maintenance-free.
