Compared with the traditional fuel excavator and mining truck transportation method, this solution eliminates the large fleet of mining trucks, which can significantly reduce the total cost of mining (about 4 yuan per ton), while reducing the negative impact of the transportation and unloading of ore and rock on the environment. SANME's mobile mining processing equipment can crush the blasted ore and rock to less than 120mm at the mining site, and transport it to the crushing workshop at the foot of the mountain through a long-distance belt conveyor. There, the ore and rock can be further processed into finished products below 31.5mm by SANME's open impeller vertical impact crusher.
