As a primary crushing equipment, JC771 jaw crusher ensures the initial crushing of raw materials with its efficient and stable performance, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent crushing and screening process.

2. E-SMG700SEC single cylinder cone crusher: production capacity ≤ 1620t/h
The S-model of the E-SMG series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts a large feeding port design, which can better match the coarse crushing jaw crusher in the front section and improve the processing capacity of the crushing system; The intelligent automation control system ensures that the crusher is always in good working condition and achieves automatic compensation for the wear of the inner and outer cone lining plates. Ensured efficient operation of the intermediate crushing stage and further optimized the particle size of the material.

3. E-SSMS8000M multi cylinder hydraulic cone crusher: production capacity ≤ 1200t/h

4. VC766 sand making machine: single throughput: 330-1016t/h
Shanghai SANME Co., Ltd. provided two VC766 vertical impact crushers for the sand making system of the project. The VC766 vertical shaft impact crusher is a high-performance sand making equipment developed and produced by Shanghai SANME Co., Ltd. It uses thin oil lubrication. Compared with traditional lubrication, its advantages are higher speed, tight and reliable sealing, maintenance free, and high sand making rate, which meets the production requirements of high-quality mechanism sand.
