Huaxin Cement 2000T/H aggregate production line EPCO project was put into operation

On June 30, 2020, the Huaxin Cement aggregate production line EPCO project with capacity of 2000t/h contracted by Shanghai SANME held a commissioning ceremony.

Huaxin Cement 2000t/h aggregate production line EPCO project mainly process waste rock that cannot be used for cement production. The total investment is 230 million, with an annual output of 5 million tons of aggregate and 1 million tons of manufactured sand.

The raw material is mainly dolomite, so SANME specially customized the four-stage crushing and screening process of "jaw crusher + impact crusher + cone crusher + fine sand making building" for this project.

Output size：0-5 mm, 5-10 mm, 10-20mm, and 20-31.5mm

Main equipment：JC series jaw crusher, HC series impact crusher, SMS series hydraulic cone crusher, S series fine sand making building, vibrating feeder, circular vibrating screen, Iron remover, dust removal equipment, etc.

The project will adopt a fully enclosed production workshop, which can effectively reduce noise and dust, and be environmentally friendly at the same time.
