Belt conveyor has advantages of large delivery value, long delivery distance, smooth and steady performance, no relative motion between belt and materials, with the merits of simple structure, easy maintenance, low noise, low energy consumption and components standardization, etc.
First of all, using weighing frame to detect the weights of materials on the belts, and digital speed measurement sensor to measure the running speed of feeder, of which the pulse output is proportional to the speed of feeders; and both signals be sent to feeder controller to process the information by the microprocessor and then show the total amount or the instant flow. This value will be compared with the setting ones, and the controller send the signal to control the speed of belt conveyor to satisfy the requirements of constant feeding.
